EPS pre expander machine’s function is to make eps raw material into eps beads.
The EPS pre expander machine has a cylinder with a stirring device inside, its structure is similar to the reaction kettle. It is equipped with a feeding device, a discharging device, an electronic control system, an intake pipe system, and an exhaust pipe system. Raw materials are added into the cylinder, and then steam is injected into the foaming machine under the control of an electronic control system for heating. The raw materials expand because of heat. By adjusting the steam pressure and heating time in the foaming machine, we can obtain the foam granules with the density we need. Then the expanded foam particles are discharged into the drying box directly. The foam granules pass through the drying box and are blown into the silos by a fan for storage.
